Family run business. The kids took over from mom and dad. In 20 years I've been going here, I have never had a bad experience! And it beats driving 60 miles round trip to a big box store.
UPDATE: I am so glad to see that Ms. Beken had a good experience in the store. It is the norm for me every single time I go there.
Even if Ms. Becken felt she was being slighted, would it have killed her to ask the two men for some help loading the "large item"?
